Pick the candidate recognition item(s) you would like to replace by using the drop-down menu, and we will mail it to you! To ensure we are able to fill your order, make sure to include your Member ID code from the lower right-hand corner of your certification card (as pictured). Orders will be processed the next business day. For immediate service or to pick up your card, please contact the Society's Office.
If you have lost both your certification card and an associated medal, choose that option off the list for the reprint and medal replacement. If you have only lost your medal, choose that option off the list. A higher fee applies to any package containing a replacement medal due to production costs.
Please note: A higher fee applies to the BOAT PCO Card due to production costs. Also, orders for expired certifications will not be processed.
