Lifeguard Shop Policies

Effective January 1, 2023

Prices listed on Lifeguard Shop are the current prices for all literature, course recognition, course registration, and merchandise products.

Prices listed are before tax. Applicable taxes will be applied at check out.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for a refund onto the original method of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are only accepted for educational literature and merchandise. Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition, and customers must provide a copy of the sale receipt to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the item being returned.

Certifications and shipping fees are non-refundable.  All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Note: The condition of the item upon return is at the discretion of Lifesaving Society Manitoba. Items that are not deemed to be in new, unused, resalable condition will not be refunded. The customer will be notified of such.

Exchange Policy

If you have opted for an exchange due to an incorrect purchase or preference, the previously stated return policy will apply. We ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) from the original order in new, unused, resalable condition.

Literature Updates

Educational literature is subject to revision. As such, Lifesaving Society Manitoba will notify affiliates and customers of upcoming changes to literature within 6 months of the release of the revised edition. Refunds will not be given on out-of-date literature after the latest edition has been released.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Missing something from your order or received the incorrect items? Kindly send a copy of your order confirmation and a photo of the incorrect item (if applicable) to within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary corrections. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lifesaving Society Manitoba is not responsible for damaged, delayed, or lost packages and/or additional fees incurred by Canada Post or UPS during shipping.
